Just in case you run into this same problem at your store, I am posting the proposed trip as well as the actual trip. Make sure you check for all $0.99 Wet n Wild items if they are out of the Shine nail polish to salvage your free trip. My store carries a $0.99 Wet n Wild lip liner and lip stick in addition to the nail polish - but all of them were gone!
